my day started with the lady playing fetch with me outside. i love to play in the back yard. its so fun to have my dog buddies play with me too! we all played for a while and then we ate our breakfast. the lady said today was special because i was going to have people come look at me to see if they wanted to bring me to their house. i got a nice warm bath and was brushed until i was very soft. i was exctited, but nervous. the lady told me that there was nothing to be nervous about - she even got me a kong with treats to keep me busy while i stay in my kennel. i got to ride in the van to the pet store. when we first got there, everything was new. the smells, the other dogs. i was very nervous. i barked and barked. the lady would talk to me to calm me down. i felt better when she was near. then other people came near. she told me that it was ok that they were here, because they might want to make me part of their family. i decided i would play with my kong & let the people look at me without barking. so many people came by! many people said i was a beautiful dog. i heard the lady given them her phone number. she said that if they wanted to see me again, she would be happy to bring me to their house & meet their dogs. i hope that happens. i would love to meet new friends. at the end of the day, i did not get to go home with anyone new. i am happy that i am still with my lady, but am still excited that someday, i will find my forever home! if you think you would like to meet me, please email my lady and she will tell you how we can meet. i hope to see you soon!
